Its weird, i dont get any errors when executing the exe, its just that nothing happens, also when using nltea i get this error "NTLEAS detect that the PE machine could not support.", so weird.

Managed to make it work, you need to set everything to japanese, not only your administrative region but also the date lol.

if it is about game not turning on, make sure you set all 3 language/system option to japanese/japan on your regional setting

Getting the same issue.
Usually with Atelier Kaguya games I just set region to Japan and it works fine, this game however nothing has worked.
Region Locale and location all set to Japan, even Set display Language to Japan (running Windows 7 Ultimate) still unable to start the game.
Tried NTLEA including the one linked above, no dice.

Anyone running Windows 7 got this running?

EDIT:
Re-installed game now works fine.
Is there an option to increase the windowed mode size or is the choice full screen or windowed?

For Atelier Kaguya's titles, make sure your OS's format is set to Japanese.

One way to do that:

1. Press Windows key + R.
   
   
2. Type intl.cpl then press Enter.
   
   
3. Change Format to Japanese (Japan).

Alright, do you have the iso mounted when starting the game? To be sure, have the iso mounted in the same drive as when you install the game.

try updating your directX from the game and see if it helps

Another thing that i realize that, the game WORKS if i start it directly from the mounted disk. If it can't be helped, i think i need to play it straight from there.
