Eh, can someone help me by explaining how to apply the patch (not the update lol). I ran the .exe file in the folder where the game and I see the files that patch says were added but it doesn't seem like the patch is working.

You can find the oppai patch in the DLC archive in the torrent.

The other one is the option to use micro bikini sprite, which, if my memory serves me right, you can unlocked by completing the Sakumo story.
