I have tried the first one too and seems like its working without a problem, or at least at the beginning of game.

Edit: m3rryweather's ITH (http://www.mediafire.com/download/2ft0eycetpl3l88/ITH_2014-10-20.7z) works perfectly without any h-code too, select whichever you want.
