The bonus disk is just a mini-website with early drawings for the chars and stuff, noth important. That is the sofmap thing.

Solution to your problem:
1) You need to install the game. You should not just mount the game and run the executable file from the iso.
OR
2) You need to mount the iso file in order to play the game (after you have installed the game)

Now lets see...
1) Make sure to change your system locale to Japanese.

2) There is a small chance that your iso file is corrupted, which causes you to be unable to execute the installation file correctly. Re-torrent/ re-download the file again from scratch.

3) Make sure you are mounting the iso using daemon tool lite, Alcohol 120% or other widely supported/ known image mounting softwares.

After you've checked and done the aforementioned procedures, it should be working for you.

1. Have you set your Unicode to Japanese? If not then do it or download Locale emulator for it. Here is the link >.> http://pooi.moe/Locale-Emulator/. Just do as he writes on the site. There can nothing be made wrong.
2. Have you an mounting programm? If not then downlaod it and install it. Best one is Daemon tool lite.
3. If you have these things. Extract every Archive to one folder.
4. After that you have to mount the Change.iso file that you have extracted out of the Archives. Just make a double-click on it. The mounting programm you have installed earlier makes everything by itself.
5. If you have mounted the iso. file to it windows should ash you what to do next. Just select the option to perform the setup.exe.
5.1 If windows does not ask you what to do then select the Drive which was made by your mounting programm in your windows explorer. Example -> BD-ROM-Drive (F:) Change. Click on it and select the setup.exe or directly inst.exe.
6. Install the game normaly by selecting the drive where it sould be later.
7. Finish. After installing just unmount the game from the mounting programm. Enjoy the game. Don't forget to make the first step cause it can be that windows will not show you the right characters in the game.
