My computer already is all Japanese. This game apparently checks your Windows version and if it notices your installed Windows isn't Japanese, it locks you. NTLEA doesn't work. If someone can confirm if Alpharom works let me know....

my window 7 local non-unicode setting alway been japanese but for this game i didn't need to set my other two settings, time and language, into japanese and yet it still works. i used something called "Patcher-Build20121001" which i downloaded here some where along with alpharom. i haven't tested alpharom but that patcher-build works fine for me

Patcher-Build20121001 seems to patch the siglus engine file successfully, but the patched exe stops working after it runs. I'm on Windows 10, and I found it works on Windows 7. Setting compat mode to Windows 7 didn't work. If anyone found out a way to get patched exe to work on Windows 10, would be nice to know.
