Has this failed to work for anyone else? I run the installer through the No Region Loader and I get the same error--even when I set unicode to Japanese. Is there some trick to running No Region Loader? It might not run under Windows 8.1?

EDIT: Oh, I'm dumb--the NoRegion Loader won't work through the install system, but you can run the game itself, so you need to copy and paste. Ah. Inconvenient, but better than nothing definitely!
