2 murder/suspense mystery games in the same month? And both from the same parent company? Does DMM/Silky plus wants keep doing Murder March? Any how this game looks interesting. It has the whole horror setup. Friend that committed suicide is haunting the characters again. Simple and straightforward. Probably more that Butterfly Seeker since you don't have to solve crimes. Probably also a lot more graphic and violent. Probably if the CG animation is to be believed in their web page. Don't let that cute Mikeou animation fool you!

YES! Shinsou Noise was great. Hence why I am so happy Silky Plus/DMM released 2 games this month. I'll be honest, I am a bit more excited about Butterfly Seeker but this one is definitely up there. I am quite surprised they brought in 3 different artists known for their cute designs for this game. Sweet.

Here's something that seems to work: Grab Untei.exe from COSMIC CUTE's 雲上のフェアリーテイル, put the exe file in the korehano directory and run it.

I don't know if the game runs well throughout or breaks at some point, but so far there's been no problems with it. I just saw that the games appeared to be running on the same engine and figured I'd give it a shot.

VNR has the capability of hooking this game. I haven't personally tried it because I can't get VNR to run without crashing, but it's the only text hooker I know of with UTF-8 support, which is what this game needs. ITH can hook it but because there's no way to decode the text in ITH you still get gibberish.

Basically ITH needs to be extended. Over time more and more games will come out that use UTF-8 and being unable to hook those games is ridiculous.

So, I thought I'd give this a shot and it worked surprisingly well so I'm going to release this:

This is Clipboard UTF-8 Repairer, a tool designed for taking the garbage characters output by AGTH when trying to read a UTF-8 stream as Unicode. I haven't tested it thoroughly but it seems to work.

The source code is attached (it's just a win32 application I hacked together, so you can inspect the code and compile it yourself to be careful), and what it does is, when it receives text from the clipboard, it analyses it to see if it's a Unicode stream containing broken UTF-8 characters. If it is, it reinterprets it as UTF-8 and converts it into proper Unicode, then pastes it back in the clipboard. As a result, you need to have it 'between' AGTH and whatever you use to translate text (Translation Aggregator, ATLAS etc.) This normally means you want to carefully launch programs in this order:

1) korehano.exe hooked with AGTH (I used the code /HQN4@1527F0:korehano.exe on the cracked exe above )
2) ClipboardUTF8Repairer.exe
3) TA / ATLAS / whatever

This will mean AGTH will put garbage text in the clipboard, ClipboardUTF8Repairer.exe will repair it, then TA will receive the fixed unicode. If things are in the wrong order TA will get the garbage text before my program will have the opportunity to repair it, which isn't what you want.

I created this tool for me because I really want to play this game, but I hope someone else finds it useful too.

The walkthrough says more of the flowchart opens up once you complete 3 endings out of endings 2-5, but I've completed them all and the flowchart hasn't been extended at all. Furthermore, even if I go back and check every single possible event there's no more available choices to lead to anywhere outside the first flowchart.
Am I missing something really fundamental here? Because I've filled out the flow chart and there's still no more choices.

EDIT: If it is broken in this way I can probably continue by using the savedata. I'll just need to carefully follow the walkthrough in order to make sure I don't see anything before I'm supposed to.

Having the same issue. I think its related to the crack because I tried using the curl.exe file after I couldn't unlock the next part and it worked. However, I'm not sure how to use the h-code with the curl.exe so I switched back to the korekano. Any solutions would be appreciated.

EDIT: You shouldn't use the 100% save file because there is one tiny scene that happens right before you unlock the next arc which is important. I'm assuming there will be other scenes as well before unlocking each arc.

EDIT 2: Curl.exe doesn't work either. Using only the korekano.exe without the root file on a fresh install seems to work but this breaks various things. Save files don't work and the small opening voiced scene doesn't appear. It lets you proceed with the game though.

Yeah, it seems like the optimal way to play this game is by switching root.pfs.010 on and off (e.g. by renaming it or moving it). You at the very least want it gone every time you get to an ending for the first time, because otherwise you can miss the unlocking of more of the story. However there's a lot of bugs if you don't have root.pfs.010, such as saves sometimes not working, certain events not being connected to the flowchart, some choices just not working at all etc.

Currently I'm keeping the file removed for most of my playthrough, and when I run into a bug, bringing the file back in and continuing until I get past it. This is because the endings can occasionally be difficult to anticipate (many are sudden).
