put the entire setup folder into your root drive
for example C:\setup files\[all files extracted goes here]
then run the setup again, it's worked for me that way

I don't seem to know what the problem with my game is. When i instal it spams a bunch of broken looking characters at me and i just "yes" through it all. It usually gets through that phase and installs the game but when i start it up this happens. Would greatly appreciate help
