Well candy-soft ALWAYS had a problem with words like complete, or "Full Edition". Since they had audacity to call 3gakki-Full Edition a FULL edition when they actually CUT 2 routs from the game.

No, it's exactly the same. This "Complete edition" is just collection of games minus 2gakki + new game. Festival is full of content so it's not like NEXT needed any enchantments.
