Not yet, BUT updated version of VNR (visual novel reader) works fine. So In the meantime i suggest to use that instead, at least until h-code showed up. I don't like VNR too but no other way , yet.

Btw what is the difference between Alpharom Patcher and Alpharom Loader, think I only need one or do I need both?

One of the two, loader doesn't modify the game executable, instead piped it through an emulation (and remove the protection on the fly). Patcher patch the exe file directly.

Sometimes game work with loader but not patcher. Loader can also bypass region block. For patcher, you may require a No Region Block loader.

If you have problems with patching, drag and drop game's .exe on AlphaROMdiE.exe (extractred from AlphaROMdiE-Build20140214.rar attached to the OP) to play it.
Textractor uses Andys' H-code with some clean-up, so it won't give you choices either; the H-codes above hook everything, choices included.
