Vndb tell that is an older stepsister, but the description from getchu say that she is the elder brother wife, that from japanese law is tecnically a stepsister, but in game terms in our interest is not, neither in real life doesn't care to common sense.
i think that vndb miss a tag for this, it's abuse of incest term..........

Anyway it's a story of personal revenge between him and his brother for economical reasons where his brother wife and her sister became the protagonist target.
I think you better skip this unless you are ok with the genre (at least when i read about revenge, guro and violence i usually prefer to skip the game).

Well freeman for the law is step-sister. There are two way to acquire a sister XD for the law ofc
1) You fathar or you mother remarried. So you acquired if there are a step-brother/step-sister.
2) Your brother/sister getting married and then his wife/husband becomes your step-sister or step-brother.
For the law becomes automatically sister-in-law. In this case is a semi-incest... not blood related, but anyway sister-in-law.
