Installation is pretty straightforward with this title. The trick is that you have to use AppLocale, otherwise the exe will just restart your computer.

There is a stub wiki that has been started, I will attempt to relocate it. With Hongfire being down, I have lost all of my links to these things.

Once I find the wiki, I will post the link here.

Well, I hate to say it but it appears that your installation files are corrupt.

I may be wrong as I don't read Japanese, but that message appears to be saying that the TexH.fpk is corrupt or missing.

You may have to re-download the game.
