Hello!! Well, like the others said in the last posts, you need to write or paste the numbers that are in the window, in the case of that image you have: "はちにいちよん"　so you need to rewrite them in the blank space with their respective character: "八二一四"

If you search something more graphic to guide you, Salicyl posted a image with the instruccions, it's only a rewriting of basic numbers... If you have Windows 8, you obviously have the Japanese Language there, so you only need to change de keyboard input to Japanese with the Microsoft IME, and with that you can write in japanese... and well, Checkmate have a point, you need to write the characters, I tried to copy-paste from internet and I get a "?" so, you need a method to write in japanese in that window, that's the only way.

in your case (your example) you only need 四三八八 ( よん (4) さん (3) はち (8) はち (8) = 四三八八 ) and that's it nothing more
worst case try to use this savedata (I deleted my save and startet a new "game" to get a clean savedata)
