C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\lilith\LBL-30039\savedata

Prorbably you didn't set your os to see the hidden files and/or you have a different os; from folder options set windows to show hidden files and know file extension too; then search in %APPDATA%
Also, the path provided from jibravo it's valid if you use a limited account and you have installed the game inside Program Files, since standard programs aren't allowed to save in their folder; if you were to install the game elsewhere different from the default path (that i strongly suggest) or you use windows xp then the same game is located inside the game folder.
Blame microsotf for this particular behaviour.
