OK I found out the problem. Theres a step during the setup where you need to allow it to connect to the internet else you need to manually insert a key or something like that. I normally have all internet requests blocked by default hence the game wasn't installing properly.

I don't know if it work so i ask to sameone to try;
This is the generated key after install: disconnect from internet, copy all files from the dvd to any folder, copy key.dat in the same folder and launch puregirl.exe; if it work you'll get a small menu with two buttons to choose to play on window or fullscreen.

I can't tell if the key is unique for my hardware or work globally.

edit: scene.int is missing from dvd, there is a file scene.fwb that doesn't work if renamed; i suppose the installer decrypt it while copying the files.
