I also remember that an animated version was announced; now we had Sister Scheme 1 & 2 both released in HD format but about the animation i don't know; i don't know japanese so i tried a software translation and i didn't found a clue about so maybe someone can verify again.

edit: i also wonder about the nude fix, if they fixed the fix!!

As far as I know the original animation version was never uploaded due to the fact it was a web only release and so a hard find, at least I could not find it anywhere, I had hopes that this new version also covered the animations but it seems it doesn't.

in the original game the grapic resolution was 800x600, i terms or raw uncompressed data any image weight 1,44mb;
in this version the graphic resolution is 1920x1080 and the same raw image weight 6,22mb

I also wonder about switching from 4:3 to 16:9 format, did they crop the upper and lower portion of the image or the scenario is enlarged?
Since i already played the original game not a while ago (at the patch release) i'm waiting same more time before to play it again, also i have Sister Scheme 1 HD (it was also re-released in high resolution), scheduled to play before this one.

I can't read japanese but if you only check the images ho the homepage you will see that the hd versions already contain the nude patch that was release for the normal version (or at least it's what i understood from the comparison pics).

If you use the old save data file it will corrupt the game. For instance it will cause the game to crash when you try to play back some of the extra scenes that are given in the scene replay. I tried picking the scene where the brother is practicing to put lotion on Amane's breasts by sitting behind her and groping her. That scene is only available in the extra section but if you use the old save data it causes the game to crash. So I'm looking for save data that goes with the HD version of sister scheme 2.
