White Screen with DMM Mylibrary. Just Bought A Game And Can't Download.

I don't know exactly what to do. When I got to the library section for bought games, it loads with the top screen headbar thing, but there is nothing else, just white. I tried different browsers. Has anyone else bought games from DMM and downloaded them? Is there some proxy or something I have to use?

Welp, that was fast. Apparently, going to my library from the english side was my problem. I had to go in from the japanese side. Well, there I have it. How do I close a thread?

To close the thread: On the right side at the top of your post, click on "Administrative" and then "Close Thread".

I'm either really special or I don't see any Administrative option. I have "Linkback", "Thread Tools", "Search Thread", and "Rate This Thread." The Thread Tools doesn't have any administrative options either. I thank you for your time to help me out. Maybe I am not looking in the right area?
