Don't know if it will work, but
1. after you uninstalled the game open regedit.exe and look in the following two directions for entrys of the game:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software - (then mostly the name of the game or the developer)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SOFTWARE - (then mostly the name of the game or the developer)
If there are entrys, delete it and install the game again. If it's a sub folder and the main folder is the name of the developer, make sure to delete the right entry (if you installed more games from this developer).
2. if you still have the iso (or disc) of the game open it and look for a file called "lder.dll" (the file in the error message). Found it? Then copy it to Windows - System32 and start the game again.
