greetings.
I downloaded a game from this site yesterday ( (同人ソフト) [130418][ギンギラドット☆スター]ドット彼女 )
The game itself workes but the fonts / texts do not appear.

I tried a lot by now, using applocal, changing the regional settings, installing serveral versions of the rpf maker...
But none of this seems to fix the problem. I can't read the japanese language - nevertheless It would be helpfull to actually see the menus etc and not just blank text fields.

Maybe someone here can help me?

I just tested the copy i have and it works good and no other programs are needed to be installed.
Where are you running the game from? as i tested mine running from the desktop,
When you changed to the locale to japan did you reboot?
Have you got the japenese Text,language packs installed from microsoft?
Are you running windows 8?
