If you've got PIA and your locale set to Japanese, PIA's standard app probably won't work for you in Windows 10.
Idk why this is with W10, because I never had a problem in Windows 7, but here we are.
The solution is simple: Use OpenVPN with your PIA subscription -- follow this guide here.
