姉小路直子と銀色の死神 Problem [Updated pictures]

Please help me, I tried to install this visual novel from the girlcelly dl on nyaa(姉小路直子と銀色の死神) once the download was installed I mounted the disk, installed it, tried to crack it, and then play it (Screenshot of game folder)

After I drag 姉小路直子と銀色の死神 to AlphaROMdiE to try to play it the game lets me pick a resolution but stops working after that (Screenshot of problem)

otherwise I am unable to open game without this appearing (See screenshot for second problem)


I already am in japanese system locale, please help Ive been trying to play it for days. If someone could help me with this I would really appreciate this.
