Need help with a H game - weird error after a few seconds in the game

Hello everyone,

I downloaded the following game and am able to start it without problems (no installation was required I guess).

However, after a few seconds in the game, the following error message shows up:



Can anyone help me please to figure out what is wrong? Thanks!

Edit: In the meantime I changed my system to Japanese and can read the symbols, but get still the same error:

It says

File not found.
Installation did not succeed or CD-ROM not inserted.
