Need help to fix MONSTER PARK 2～神々を宿した乙女～

I download this H-game and when i played it , the name of characters was nothing except these : @ , c , [ ... , and the conversation between characters disappeared during i play it , when the main character met a lady , may be she is a canoness , when they were talking they screen went to black and the music played the same rhythm 2 seconds and played that rhythm over and over and then the game crashed :'(
I need someone know about this error to fix it :'( , you guy can share me a link mega this game , if you guy dont know how to fix , thankyou very much
