hello people i'm at a lost here. wondering if anybody could help me shed some light here.

and when i downloaded it and extracted the .rar file, i got an .exe application named "kuroyokamisetup.exe"
i have my system locale set to japanese and i ran the program with japanese locale as adminstrator too.
it then showed me a window with greyed-out options saying that its 'unfreezing' something with a % counter to a certain directory in my C drive.
after it reaches 100% it shows me a popup window with some japanese text. afterwards it just closes itself when i pressed ok.
it seems like there was some problem with the extraction and i have no idea why it didn't work. im guessing its trying to extract the contents to a specific directory in my C drive but it couldn't find it.
it also doesn't allow me to change the directory of extraction as the options were greyed-out.
does anybody has any ideas on how to resolve this? much appreciated!!
