Kamidori Alchemy Meister problem during installation

Hello there, i'm a new member in this forum and I have a problem installing Kamidori Alchemy Meister.
The installation proceed well untill it's about 75% completed then it occours some errors in japanese that i don't understand what they are saying, the only thing that i have understood is that the errors regard the files "DATA3-4-5-6-7-8.ALF".
Here is a screen of the error.

I'm running the installation on Windows XP SP3 installed on a laptop.

Have you got your system Locale set to japan Under the Region and Language settings?

Are You using any other programs to run the ISO?
Explain what you are doing :)
