If my heart had wings crash plz help

I recently tried to install imhhq from igg with the Retranslation patch (for the Hscenes and better translation). after I managed to install the game I get A crash when I open the savescreen, It has happened everytime I tried to save the game and after I tried to re install it but I have no clue what I am doing. this is the error https://pasteboard.co/IuMp5Lx.jpg. if you have any detailed text explanations or video's that could help me that would be great. (my pc is set to japanese local)

I tried re installing the game without the patch and then the savescreen error won't occur.
the patch is up to date for else it wont patch at all, and I use the patch for the already translated version.

1.Did you get this error before you applied any patches? (i.e. On the unaltered Japanese version)

2.The patch notes for the new English patch(konosora_eng_patch_v2.1.0.142) also says it's a bad idea to apply it on top of an older patch(v2.0.0.132), so that might be your problem.

2, I use the imhhw_retranslation_patch_v1.1.0.59.bin and .exe for the IGG download is already in english but the comments on IGG say you need the retranslation patch and I have not patched this game before

I think you're getting this error because you applied a patch that is not compatible with your game version.

imhhw_retranslation_patch_v1.1.0.59 requires the official English version by MoeNovel/Mangagamer. Other people on IGG seem to be having the same error, so whatever they have up on their site might be the problem. Uninstall it.

konosora_eng_patch_v2.1.0.142.exe is for the unpatched Japanese version.

At this point, you're better off getting the one on nyaa -- https://sukebei.nyaa.si/view/2458743 . This version doesn't need to be installed; you can just run the game from the AdvHD.exe in it. Do not run the patch that comes with the torrent(v2.0.0.132). Look for v2.1.0.142 at the bottom of the comment section and run that one(select the game folder when prompted).
