I can't see my DMM purchases? Help?

I made a purchase on DMM but when I go to my library, the entire page is blank! Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it? I really don't want my money to go to waste if possible, haha.

Did you get any notification email? Also, DMM library is divided into categories. Was it the right one you were looking at?

What did you bought. Navigate mouse on your user icon (top right area of the dmm page) than choose the category of w/e product you bought.

Another thing, re check you bank account, was there purchase or not. Dmm keen to refuse sales from none JP issued cards.

@Franinsense I got the email and it directed me to my library, which was pretty much a blank page.

@velka I chose that but it said I couldn't use based on the area I lived in. However, I did get an email confirming my purchase.

If no one knows what to do I appreciate the effort. If push comes to shove I can just use VPN

Search for kancolle guide on how to by pass the dmm cockblock. There's very simple adblock script what will prevent this blocking thing from happening.

It worked! Took awhile for me to work it out still though. Once you change the ckcy value to 1 and the cklg value to welcome with EditThisCookie add-on in Chrome, you need to delete all cookies, browsing history, and cache from settings and then restart the browser. Thanks for helping out!
