How to run それでも妻を愛してる

Having problems running それでも妻を愛してる. I get an error message saying I do not have enough video memory. I am running on windows 10 with a GPU. I've tried running in admin mode and also compatibility mode.

Disable windows 10 theme, close all browser windows, close any video players and any other software what running in the background.
