How do I play the PS Vita games?

I just downloaded my first PS Vita game and I'm not sure how I should set it up, does anyone know how to? I extracted the downloaded file just fine but I don't know where to go from there or how to play the game on the eboot

Is your vita henkaku enable?
If yes, you need to put the game on app folder using vitashell after that press triangle, choose "Refresh LiveArea" and press circle. Pop-up menu and press circle. Pop-up again and said "Refreshed 1 items" meaning, you can play it.
