chiitrans windows 10 problem

hey there i made the big mistake of updating to windows 10 to play state of decay 2 (meh), and after sometime i noticed i could not use chiitrans, as i understand it is because of the NET Framework that windows 10 have (not sure), but i can revert the net framework like i could in windows 7, so i wanted to ask you guys if you have any ideas of how to use chiitrans in windows 10.
by the way the 30 days to revert to 7 is over, and i know theres things like ath and all that but i really like how easy to use chiitrans is.
