Can anyone recommend me a light weight app for mounting DVD images for windows 10 ?

Like the title says, i know windows 10 by default works with iso's but i need something that supports MDF and bin as well, something that its light and simple and works without bugs. I was using alcohol but lately its been pretty buggy.....
