Anyone can do the encoding, kara, subtitles for videos?

Hi, I'm one of the coordinators for Starry Sky After Spring, I'm looking for someone who can encode or kara timeset or translate the lyrics to make subtitles for the OP/ED of the game... I don't have much experience in this field and if anyone can help, please contact me :(

Sorry I can't help with encoding or karaoke timesetting (no experience, although I would like to try sometime)
