The main idea started on 4chan actually.
And there random people gathered to create 4 Leaf Studios.
After 4 years they released Katawa Shoujo in multiple languages

So basically you just told me that 4chan created it? No wonder why it's so negative.

Hopefully Rewrite isn't as negative as that VN :/

Most people ignore the VN when they find out it originated in 4chan.
So did I at first but I decided to give it at least a chance.

Turned out to be much better than I expected

In any case, if you don't like sad and depressing stories. Skip this one.
But as I mentioned before, it's not all negative.

It's just that this one is a close to reality as a VN can be (in my opinion!)
And not to forget, I like Drama as a genre as well which as to the fact that I like Katawa Shoujo I guess :3

Comedy is always nice but most of them tend to be..rather cheesy =/

I liked Little Busters, got no idéa what genre it counts as. Actually it's the only VN I've ever played.

A pokemon VN would be pretty scary. I'll leave that to you.
