[LPW #150] Fireworks Festival

Summer is ending in Japan, but it's still not too late for some fireworks.

Since recent LPWs take forever to finish, I've decided to set the number accordingly. If lower limit is greater than this, I'll let [MENTION=26]KingArturia[/MENTION]; change it to that.

Rules:
1. No multiple posts.
2. Post 400 will be the loser. =\
3. The loser will have to bear the burden of creating a new LPW, or just force it on someone else. =\
4. LPW can only be won 3 consecutive times and the winner of 3 consecutive wins cannot win the next two upcoming LPW. (4th and 5th)
5. In the event that rule number 4 happens, then the winner will be picked at random. Numbers used will be post from 2 to winning -1 post. (This process will be carried out by a staff)

There is no real strict limit on minimum post as far as I can remember, since its really up to the winner of LPW to decide, 2500 upper limit was really for people to see "newer" LPW more often, so more chance for people to win LPW :P

wow 400 posts that's very good actually since past lpws have been going very slow they became a bit crappy and the last lpw was ridiculously slow. I agree with Frank's judgement.
