Suggestion HTTPS support?

Is it possible to have the site use/support https using a system like https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/ or another provider? Nowadays, security is the norm, and there are free ways to implement it.

Obviously, the site isn't as important as a bank, but given the number of intrusions into forums and web sites, it would be nice to have the added safeguard.

Nice to have, but this site is mostly public info, https is moot. However, it is a planned feature to be considered.

HTTPS doesn't track affiliates link well, which we get a bit back from every sale. We tried to cut costs whenever possible, every little earning matters greatly to us.
