But one that i can viewed posted seems that has been deleted, and new posts that I posted the same, I'm doing something wrong? I don't understand.

You can fix user broken attachment instead of deleting the posts. That's the staff job to help users instead of nuking their posts.
Plus the HS related staff can always make FAQ thread and pin it in the section, explaining users why not to use the attachments for pictures and provide list of trusted img hosting like http://i.want.tf/to/
