Fixed Very slow/stuck loading

Has something happened here?

Lately, I have to refresh many times just to get the first half of the forum list to show up, and even more than that for the complete page all the way down to download section.

The condition ranges from server error, white screen, load only background, load only top part of the page, and incomplete forum list.

Persistence keeps me going, but I wonder if it's just me?

Seems like the SQL server is having load spikes. We'll look into it.
