Answered Help creating new thread in H-Game section

I am trying to create a new thread to staring uploading some H-Games I have, but I keep getting a error message saying I must wait 3600 seconds (1 Hour) between post. Am I doing something wrong on my end? Thanks.

:EDIT: Looks like it went through now, but says it needs approval before it will be visible in the download section.

I see. I applied for uploaded status about a year ago and was put on a trial period. Maybe I have to reapply since its been so long.
