Due to the repetitive questions related to this matter we have been receiving, we thought to make a simple sticky about it.

Posting in the downloads sections will only be allowed for a special group of people. All the current rules will continue to apply for these people.

Joining the group will be after an application and decided on a case to case basis. To apply you'll need the following:
  • 30 posts.
  • Having been active on the forum for 14 days.
  • Fill out a questionnaire.

The questionnaire contains the following questions:
  • What will you upload?
  • What separates you from the other uploaders? What makes you special and elevates you about the mass of mediocrity?
  • Will you be able to add new content to our community? What kind of content?
  • How will your uploads help our community?
  • Will you help fill requests and on what basis / under which circumstances?
  • Do you have experience as an uploader elsewhere?

  • The point of this restriction is to encourage people to familiarise themselves with the rules and guidelines we have regarding thread posting. All threads that do not follow them may lead to immediate deletion. The above mentioned guidelines can be found here.

  • Members who have had their threads rejected in a moderation queue, or deleted due to violations of guidelines & rules too many times in Downloads & Requests Section will be banned from posting there.

  • It is neither forbidden, nor is it encouraged to upload something that has already been uploaded: having too many duplicate threads can result in downloaders getting confused. It is allowed to bump the thread ONCE within 48 hours of creation with additional link mirrors. Violation results with a debump, and will be officially warned. Repeating violator will be banned from posting in D & R Section.

  • If you are going to post an upload, make your own thread instead of posting in an already existing thread. Many people do not like their threads "hijacked".

  • Tessu holds the absolute rights and discretion to create exceptions.

  • この制約の要領はメンバーをスレッドや投稿文についての規則と指針に熟知させるつもりであります。規則に従わないスレッドには即座の削除される可能性があります。規則と指針はこちらにあります。
  • スレッドを承認待ちで断られたり、規則と指針の違反で繰り返す削除されたりされるメンバーはDownloads & Requestsのセクションにポスト禁止になります。
  • アップロードされたアイテムをアップロードされるのは禁断でも推奨でもありません。スレッドが無性に複写されるとダウンローダーに紛らわしくなるかもしれません。スレッドをバンプしたい場合は48時間に一回だけで、加えるが必要です。違反の場合はスレッドのバンプをキャンセルして、違反したメンバーは注意されます。繰り返したらDownloads & Requestsのセクションポスト禁止になります。

La creacion de nuevos hilos sera exclusivo para un grupo seleccionado. De la misma manera todas las reglas actuales seran aplicadas.

Para poder aplicar a este grupo seleccionado, necesitaras ciertos requisitos minimos:
  • 30 posts.
  • Haber cumplido 14 dias de haberte registrado.
  • llenar el siguiente cuestionario.

Cuestionario:
  • Que tipo de contenido planeas subir?
  • Que te diferencia de los otros miembros que postean? Que te hace especial en comparacion que los otros usuarios o un cierto nivel de mediocridad?
  • Subiras nuevo contenido a nuestra Comunidad? Que tipo de contenido?
  • Como ayudara tu contenido a nuestra Comunidad?
  • Ayudaras en la seccion de peticiones, cada cuanto tiempo?
  • Tienes alguna experiencia en algun otro sitio?
  • El objetivo de esta restricción es animar a la gente a familiarizarse con las normas y directrices que tenemos con respecto a la publicación. Todos los hilos que no sigan las nueva normas, seran eliminadas inmediatamente. Las directrices mencionadas se pueden encontrar aquí.
  • Los miembros que han tenido sus hilos rechazado en una cola de moderación, o suprimido debido a violaciónes de las directrices y normas en la sección Descargas y Solicitudes demasiadas veces, se les prohibira publicar allí.
  • No se prohibe, ni se anima a subir algo que ya se ha subido: demasiados hilos duplicados puede confundir al visitante que descarga. Se permite hacer un bump a un hilo solamente UNA vez dentro de las 48 horas de creación con espejos enlace adicional. Violación resultados con un debump, y una advertencia oficial. Infractores repetitivos se les prohibira publicar en la sección de descargas y solicitudes.
  • Si usted va a publicar una serie de anime, debe crear su propio hilo en lugar de publicar en un hilo ya existente. Muchas personas no les gusta que sus temas se han secuestradas.
  • El personal titular de Anime-Sharing tiene los derechos absolutos y la discreción para crear excepciones.

由于已收到由用户们提出复数相关的提问，我们决定针对此事作出一个简单的帖子。
  • 于所有“供应下载”的板块与子板块。
    若用户注册未达到14天，并尚未发出至少30贴（回复），用户发的新帖将不会立即被公开。相关帖子将被论坛版主审核。经过审核后，帖子将被公开放上板块。

  • 一旦用户达到“已发表30张帖子”与“已注册14天”的条件，用户所发表的新贴将不再需要被版主审核。这是因为论坛管理员信任该用户将遵守并不作出任何违反规矩的行为或举动。

  • Forum không cấm, nhưng không khuyến khích việc đăng lại những gì người khác đã đăng. Thành viên được phép bumb chủ đề của mình MỘT LẦN trong vòng 48 tiếng tính từ lúc chủ đề được đăng khi thêm link mirrors vào bài post của mình. Những chủ đề vi phạm điều này sẽ bị debump, và cảnh cáo. Thành viên cố ý vi phạm nhiều lần sẽ bị tước quyền đăng bài tại mục D & R.

Kami selaku staf Anime-Sharing memutuskan untuk membuat sebuah pemberitahuan sederhana terkait dengan pertanyaan yang diajukan berulang kali mengenai masalah berikut.
  • Semua thread baru yang dibuat di Downloads & Requests akan melalui proses peninjauan terlebih dahulu jika poster mempunyai kurang dari 30 post dan belum terdaftar selama setidaknya 14 hari. Peraturan ini berlaku untuk semua subforum dari Downloads & Requests, kecuali section yang diperuntukkan bagi request.

  • Member yang telah mendapatkan 30 post dan terdaftar selama 14 hari akan dapat membuat thread baru tanpa harus melalui proses peninjauan. Staf mengansumsikan bahwa member telah dan akan terus mengikuti peraturan.

  • Peraturan ini dimaksudkan untuk mendorong member untuk menjadi familiar dengan peraturan yang kami miliki terkait dengan pembuatan thread. Devido a perguntas repetitivas relacionadas a esse assunto que nós estivemos recebendo, tivemos a idéia de fazer um “lembrete” sobre ele.

• Todos os tópicos que forem feitos na seção de Downloads e Pedidos irão passar por uma fila de moderação se você não possuir pelo menos 30 posts e for registrado por 14 dias. Isso se aplica a todas as subseções, com a exceção da seção de Pedidos.

• Após possuir 30 posts e 14 dias de registro, seu tópico não será mais enviado para a fila de moderação. Nós presumimos que você continuará a seguir as instruções e as regras.


• O objetivo desta restrição é fazer com que as pessoas se familiarizarem com as regras e as instruções que nós temos sobre postar em um tópico. Todos os tópicos que não as seguirem poderão ser deletados imediatamente. As instruções mencionadas acima podem ser encontradas aqui.

• Membros que tiverem os seus tópicos rejeitados na fila de moderação, ou deletados por não seguirem as instruções e as regras muitas vezes na seção de Downloads e Pedidos serão banidos de postar lá.


• Não é proibido, nem incentivado fazer upload de algo que já foi postado: tendo muitos tópicos repetidos resultará na confusão de quem quiser baixar. É permitido “bumpear” o tópico UMA VEZ dentro de 48 horas da criação do mesmo com links de mirrors adicionais. A violação resultará na remoção do bump, e uma advertência oficial. O violador que repetir esta violação será banido de postar na seção de Downloads e Pedidos.

• Se você for fazer um upload, faça seu próprio tópico ao invés de posta-lo em um tópico já existente. Muitas pessoas não gostam de ter seus tópicos “roubados”.

• Os administradores do site possuem todos os direitos e a discrição de criar exceções.
