[WRONG SECTION] Need Help with Katahane installation(Not applelocale/unicode related)

I hope I'm not triggering any red flags posting this here, forgive me if I am since There is no other section I could think of, nonetheless, After downloading Katahane from here and loading it with daemon tool(my computer is already set to Unicode japan region) I launched the setup.exe files but all it does is ran a command prompt and then it just closes and nothing else happens. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve this issue? I really want to play this game after hearing so much good stuff about it. I'd really appreciate it if someone here can help me get it running. Thanks in advance.
