[IMPLEMENTED] Against fillers or dummies inside archives and dishonesty

There are some uploaders using this in these years.
Some dummies are huge, some are even bigger than the real data. (dummy or super big thumbs.db). Some are difficult to remove, with attributes hidden or cannot be easily detected or deleted, causing meaningless drive space occupation.
Also, internet traffic is charged by some ISP, that means, users need to pay more per Gb on top of the monthly bills.

There are also some uploaders using incorrect titles to trick people to DL.
For example, they use tankoubon format in the titles but the content is just a collection of magazine scans.

I believe they are very hungry for the rewards but they have gone too far.

We have discussed about this before, and the final conclusion are:

It is entirely up to the uploaders to upload their stuff with or without dummy, whether it is or is not intentional.

Imagine it a free market, you should avoid to "buy" (here in this case, download) the bad stuff and remember reliable "seller" (as in uploaders)

    Fake/Troll contents are intolerable, however.

Note that we will have new features to the site, that enable member to rate a thread. Negative rated thread will be faded/delisted from the search result, while highly rated content will be colored/bolded and has a higher search ranking.

We don't have the amount of staff needed to check people's content on a regular basis. If you think there is a member who excessively bloats his archives, report him and we'll talk to him about it. No promises made, though.

Mislabeling content gets people thrown out here, so please use the report button if you come across this.

150M in title 250M DL of which 100MB is dummy,
In addition, attempts to delete dummy can cause explorer crash

I think there are more than one from this uploader.
If possible please add report button or negative rep for inappropriate threads.
I'm not against human in person but against these acts.

The report button looks like a little triangle with an exclamation mark in it and is under pretty much everything.

Adding dummy files is now a rule violation. Please use the report button whenever you encounter someone doing this, so we can take care of them.

    To clarify this:

Intentionally include a dummy file to inflated the file size is strictly prohibited. However, if the dummy file was a part of the release (original release and/or rip sometimes has the dummy file) is not covered.

In other words, to stop people trying to wiggle their way out of it:
If it's part of the CD image put there by the publisher (the firm who publishes the game, not the uploader), it is acceptable.
If it's in a manga/hentai/anime/HGC7GC/artbook/OST/music/etc. release and put there to inflate filesize - not gonna fly.

    P.s.: Moderator discretion applies.
