[ANSWERED] Umm.. Can normal member delete their own threads?

So i've been going through the profile and settings etc and i realise that members cant delete their threads?
Or can we?

Members cannot delete their own thread but post.

For thread deletion, you must request a permission from a moderator. For most case, thread that has useful discussions cannot be deleted.
