The are some missing pages in the original file, the scanner has fixed this.
Please follow these steps:

Replace pic "XTC05_109.jpg" (upside-down) with fixed image:
Add missing pic "XTC05_085a.jpg" between images "XTC05_085.jpg" & "XTC05_086.jpg"
Add missing pics "XTC05_100a.jpg", "XTC05_100b.jpg" & "XTC05_100c.jpg" between images "XTC05_100.jpg" & "XTC05_101.jpg"
Add missing pics "XTC05_149a.jpg", "XTC05_149b.jpg" & "XTC05_149c.jpg" between images "XTC05_149.jpg" & "XTC05_150.jpg"
5. Rename files as you like.

I've added fixed links in the first post in case you want to download the file again.
