Not quite a mod but a way to make a relatively convincing strap-on in game. You can also make one in with the same technique in Sexy Beach Premium Resort. It's pretty helpful for lesbian sex and female on male pegging.
1. Get the bondage bikini in create a character
2. Utilize the Thong panties mask in accesories, place it in the waist area and stretch and manipulate it out so that the corners of the front of the thong are touching the corners inside the bikini bottoms. I use these coordinates generally
(X1: 0.0 Y1: -3.5 Z1: -2.6 X2: 355 Y2: 0 Z2: 178 X3: 1.00 Y3: 1.33 Z3: 1.00)
3. Grab the tengu nose, paint it black and squash and stretch it to place in the middle, do this twice for two more alternate angles to better fit certain animations (and allow for two dildos to go in two holes for lesbian sex) I shall provide pictures of the coordinates and how it should look
