Need Help translating this

So I installed Leaf's フルアニ full animated game but it's a Mahjong game which I don't quite know how to play. I was hoping to just use the savedata of someone who finished the game and grab the scenes afterwards, thing is the savedata appears to be computer-unique meaning it cannot be shared. After a little bit of searching I found this link http://irorin.x0.to/erogame/gamek/fullanik.html#kaizo which supposedly explains how to manually open and edit the savedata file with a simple text editor so we can make our own full save. I just need some help with the translation, it appears I have to follow a set of rules to change some numbers and machine translators are not giving me a easy time, so if someone could read it up and explain to me what I need to do I'd be much appreciated. Heres what it says (you don't need to translate it all, I just need the basics):

ちなみに、ログオンユーザー名が変わるとSAVEDATAは使用できなくなりますので注意

まずはフルアニインストールフォルダにあるfullani.saveファイルをfullani.save.bとリネームしフルアニを起動
初回起動アニメが表示されたら右クリック＞タイトル画面に戻るでムービーを飛ばし、タイトル画面にいったらフルアニを終了
fullani.saveとfullani.save.bファイルがある状態にする
つぎにfullani.saveファイルをテキストエディタで開いてください。弄るのは赤線でかこんだ3箇所です。

最初にSaveData.08=???????? となっている一番右(1桁目)の数字を-1します。(例 画像は50なので49になる)
但し0の場合は2桁目も-1します。2桁目以降も0だったらどんどん繰り上がって引いてください

次にSaveData.0A=????????となっている右から3番目(3桁目)の数字に+2します。(例 画像は5なので7になる)
10以上になる場合は4桁目に+1し3桁目に足した数の1の位を記入します(例3800＞4000 19900＞20100)

最後にSaveData.17=-131074を-262141へ変更します(固定です)
これですべて開放されているはずです。開放されていなかった場合はフルアニを終了しfullani.saveを削除
またフルアニを起動＞キャンセルで初期化データを作成後 08の1桁目に+1 0Aの3桁目に-2をします(上位桁への影響もあり)
この2つでならない場合は08と0Aの最後2桁を99にするとほぼフルになることがあるようです(全部ではない)
またこの改造によりOS等使用環境への不具合が発生したとしても当方は一切責任をもちません。

I don't have the game, so I'll just try with the basics and my guessing and stuff.

Caution: If the login username changes, the SAVEDATA will not work anymore.

Browse through your Full Ani installation folder, then rename "fullani.save" to "fullani.save.b" (for backup) and run Full Ani. When the anime starts, right click > then go back to title to skip the movie (probably タイトル画面に戻る), and once it goes to title screen, quit Full Ani. Check that "fullani.save" and "fullani.save.b" are still there. Then, open "fullani.save" with a text editor. What you'll be editing are the lines that are highlighted in red (look at the picture).

First, -1 (subtract by one) the value of SaveDataﾟ08=. . . . So, in your case, it'll probably be SaveDataﾟ08=-1599620814 (since it's negative, not sure if that'll work).

Next, +2 (add by two) the third digit (from the right) of the value of SaveDataﾟ0A=. . . . Make sure to carry over if the value goes more than 10. So, in your case, it'll probably be SaveDataﾟ0A=-1599620840 (and again, since it's negative, I can't guarantee it works the same).

Finally, change the value of SaveDataﾟ17= to -262141 (it's always this value). So, it'll be SaveDataﾟ17=-262141.

Everything should work now. If not, quit Full Ani and delete "fullani.save" and run Full Ani again and reset the settings. Now, try +1 on SaveDataﾟ08 and -2 on SaveDataﾟ0A. If that still doesn't work, try changing the last digits of SaveDataﾟ08 and SaveDataﾟ0A so that they end as 99 (not all of the digits, just the last two).

Then the guy says he's not responsible for anything if your OS breaks etc.

Many thanks!! Follow up your instructions and it worked like a charm in the first time I tried! I think I would never managed to do this with the help of a machine translation alone. Anyone else wanting this savedata follow the steps above, it really works!
