Correct pronunciation

Can someone help me with the correct pronunciation of the following words?
２つ下の妹
２作品

Should ２つ下の妹 be pronounced as "futasu shita no imouto" or "ni tsu ka no imouto"?
Likewise should ２作品 be pronounced as "ni saku hin"

It's futatsu shita no imouto.
I haven't seen 作品 as a counter before, but I think it's supposed to be ni sakuhin.

２作品 is ni sakuhin, but
futa sakuhin is also correct :)
