I'have not tested Binary Star, but another people did. It's labeled as Playable https://github.com/Vita3K/compatibility/issues/646
I put more tested games (not tested only by me) for people to know about their compatibility.
PsychicEmotion6 (https://vndb.org/v17641) is also playable! I tested this myself, because even Vita3k did not mention its compatibility.

Many otome blogs mention this game as an easy first Japanese otoge, so I'm really excited.

You need to open an issue on vita3k github, then the devs will add the game to the compatibility list.
    How to add an issue:

Create a github account, then on this page (https://github.com/Vita3K/compatibility/issues) create a new issue

    Title: Game title [game serial]

    # App summary
    - App name: insert
    - App serial: insert
    - App version: isert

    # Vita3K summary
    - Version: insert (you can see it opening the emulator; copy from log)
    - Build number: insert (you can see it on the github download page https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/releases)
    - Commit hash: insert (you can see it on the github download page)
    - CPU backend: insert (dynamic/unicorn)

    # Test environment summary
    - Tested by: your github account
    - OS: insert your operational system (windows x64...)
    - CPU: processor (Intel iX...)
    - GPU: graphics card (Geforce...)
    - RAM: x gb

    # Issues (Summary of problems)

    # Screenshots (attach images)

    # Log (play/try the game, then upload log)

    # Recommended labels (add recommended labels)
    See https://github.com/Vita3K/compatibility/labels
