Grab this VPK and install it. https://github.com/LioMajor/MaiDumpToolEN/releases Once installed open the MaiDump bubble. After that it's pretty simple as you only need to pick 'Extract decrypted file' and choose the game you want to dump. Just follow the instructions that show up on the screen (e.g. 'press O to extract') and wait for it to finish.
