Step 1: Download MaiDumpTool (Chinese or English, doesn't matter) and install via VitaShell
Step 2: Extract game and place in ux0:/mai (USB mode preferred)
Step 3: Open MaiDumpTool and select "Install game from folder"
Step 4: Enjoy

Vita must be at 3.60 and HENkaku must be installed.
