First of all, there is no working 3DS emulator yet. But I heard, some team are working on it. They are testing on Homebrew.

If not how can I play the game?

Gateway Ultra and Sky3DS, both of them are 3DS Flash Cart. Since my 3DS LL and Firmware are below 4.5.
